How To Lose Your Confidence & Self-Esteem

We live in a very challenging and competitive world where people around us are sometimes more likely to bring us down than helping us feel better about ourselves. This is just because it is a lot easier for a human being to feel better about themselves by making someone else feel worse. That is just the easiest option. We all face challenges that can have a negative impact on how we feel about ourselves, for example losing a job, a relationship break up or losing someone we love.

Below are 7 basic steps that will help you lose your Confidence & Self-esteem:

1st Step – Stop believing in yourself. Make sure you tell yourself every day that you are a loser. The more you repeat this to yourself the more your subconscious mind will support you in believing that it is in fact true! Assume everyone is better than you and that you have no value to yourself or others. This will be easy to do as everything starts with you so if you do not believe in yourself, no one will and if you do not love yourself, it will also be hard for someone to love you.

2nd Step – Just focus on your life problems and on spending most of your time with negative thoughts. Always see the glass as “half-empty”. Stop dreaming, stop having goals, objectives, makes sure you avoid finding your purpose in life. By doing this you will be reassuring yourself that you are a failure and if you can’t even like yourself no one will, this is your destiny.

3rd Step – After feeding your mind with negative thoughts and insecurities you will then need to start feeding your body with “junk”. It has been proved that a large number of obese people suffer from low self-esteem so this is important. You need to start eating only once or twice a day but in very large portions, like this you will be able to slow down your metabolism and combined with lack of exercise you will definitely put on weight. Keep doing this until you start avoiding looking at yourself in the mirror. It is now a fact that you are ashamed of who you are and how you look.

4th Step – Adopt a careless attitude. When getting up in the morning, think no need for shower, shaving or dressing nicely. Those basic things can give you energy and even make you feel better about yourself so just make sure you do not care anymore. The more careless you become, the more you lose your self-esteem, the harder it gets to find a way out.

5th Step – Surround yourself with people who will only agree with everything you complain about, instead of people who will tell you the truth about how you look, how you live your life and what you need to do – The friends that actually really care. Avoid all your positive minded friends. These will influence you to take action so you can start feeling better about yourself so please make sure you avoid these at all costs.

6th Step – Lose your voice, your opinion, your own views on things. Just accept what everyone else believes, including the opinion they might have about you. Do not question or challenge anyone or anything. Just remember there is no point of making comments because you know no one will listen to what you have to say anyway.

7th Step – Do all the things that make you feel lonely and unhappy. Stop having fun. Do not go out with your friends. Isolate yourself as much as you can. The beauty of this is the lower you feel about yourself the more people would not want to spend time with you because you will make them feel miserable as well.
